1. Auto suspension will be in force for users that hit the following conditions below:

have not done e-KYC

AND, have spent more than

RM 50,000 annually (1st Jan - 31st Dec of the particular year)

OR RM 5,000 monthly (1st of the month - last day of the month)

excluding transactions that are allowed to be removed from the limit checks eg. insurance

Actions from FTA
- Let them know the reason for suspension
(i) spending limit exceeded more than RM 50,000 Annually
(ii) spending limit exceeded more than RM 5,000 monthly
(iii) no e-KYC
- FTA can ask users to e-KYC on the spot. Once done, the user should be able to complete top-up/ purchase.
-If the user did e-KYC but the status remains unchanged, please escalate to CS Tech for further investigation

Send out notifications to non eKYC users informed of the upcoming suspension (one-off)

Set up push notification & inbox messaging to warn users to complete eKYC when their monthly/annual spending limit is 80% of the allowable limit
