Situation
The customer has collected enough points to move to the next Membership level (eg: Junior > Explorer) but Setel still didn't update the level accordingly.
Action Needed

Ops Portal
1. Open customer's Ops Portal account > Engagement

2. Check whether this month's total point in membership action is enough for a level upgrade or not
Note:
- Junior: 0-99 pts
- Explore: 100-279 pts
- Hero: 280> pts

3. If enough but not updated, Membership details > Edit > New Tier (select correct level) > Save Changes once Approved by COO.
