Situation
- The customer's account is linked with a virtual card and the customer wants to change it to a physical card
- The customer unable to link the physical card to their Setel account
Action Needed

Ops Portal (Unlinking Required)
Note: Any card unlinked will automatically close by the system. Please make sure to unlink when it is necessary and confirmed only!!!
1. Open customer's Ops Portal account > Engagement

2. Expand the Loyalty section and click on the card to open card details

3. Go to the Loyalty Cards > Manage Card > Unlink card to unlink the Mesra card

4. Click on Get a Card to generate a virtual card
