Meanwhile, you may refuel your vehicle by paying at Kedai Mesra or by card at the pump terminal as usual.

Mesra points for this specific fuel purchase can then be acquired by e-mailing our customer service representatives at hello@setel.com

In the e-mail, provide clear screenshots of your physical receipt and ensure that your receipt has the following information:

Name of the PETRONAS station
Date and time of your purchase
Invoice number
Total amount

Take note that Mesra points can only be awarded once the customer service representative can confirm there was a legitimate connectivity issue.
