How to merge tickets

How to merge ticket. 

1- Merge only if the questions are same 

2- you need to make sure one of the same questions being answered 

3- you need to merge open ticket into solved ticket 

Replied ticket no. > merge to unsolved ticket no. 

 

Step 1 - click on three dots beside he time symbol 

Step 2 - Select > Merge this ticket into another ticket 

Step 3 - Enter solve ticket no. > click merge > confirm the merge  ( remove hashtag ) #

*** IMPORTANT : Do not tick on the highlighted box (MAKE SURE UNTICK THE BOXES BELOW) do not CC the user on merge tickets.

Once merge completed. Ticket will be closed and merged to the solve one. 

Double check before merging. 
Make sure you do not merge wrongly**
