I don’t own a Setel App/Account, can I join the contest?	No. You must have a Setel Account to join the contest. To register your Setel account, kindly refer to the following steps: 1. Download the Setel App, here https://bit.ly/PETRONASLuckyStar  2. Click the Register button. 3. Enter your mobile number. 4. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter the number. 5. Fill in your personal details. 6. Insert the promo code* (optional). 7. Create a 6 digit PIN number. 8. Registration is now completed
