Background
Mesra Prestige is a program that is exclusive to all Setel customers with the Mesra Loyalty Membership. All they have to do is spend a minimum of RM380 on any type of fuel in a month. Customers will then unlock a Mesra Prestige badge and be able to redeem special rewards, deals, and privileges. Badges will be unlocked on a monthly basis.
Objective
● Drive usage for Setel customers who are Mesra members.
● Provide recognition to loyal Setel and Mesra members.
Target Audience
1. Setel Mesra members who spend RM280 and above for the past 6 months and subsequent users who fuel RM280 and above in the previous month
