Gas PETRONAS on Deliver2Me

Objective
To educate and promote users to order Gas PETRONAS via Deliver2Me (Shop Only feature) on the Setel App.

Target Audience
Applicable to all new and existing users.

Information

1. Users can now visit the selected 6 stations and use Setel App to order Gas PETRONAS via
Deliver2Me.
2. User can bring their empty gas cylinder to purchase Gas PETRONAS or they can also purchase a
the new empty gas cylinder at the station.
3. According to the station safety guideline, the user must park their vehicle at the LPG yellow box to let
Krew PETRONAS assist to carry the gas cylinder into the car.
4. Price for LPG items:
● LPG 12KG (Refill) - RM22.80
● LPG 14KG (Refill) - RM26.60
● New gas cylinder - RM80.00 (additional cost on top of refill)
5. Scenarios:
- Customer A brings empty gas to purchase 12kg of gas, the customer only needs to pay RM22.80
- Customer B did not bring an empty gas to purchase 12kg of gas, the customer will need to pay
RM102.80 (RM22.80 + RM80)
6. Customers must park at the yellow box to wait for the gas cylinder delivered to their vehicle. If the
space is occupied, they need to wait till the space is cleared to receive their gas cylinder.

7. User will get to enjoy 1 Mesra points earnings for every RM1 of Gas PETRONAS
purchase. 

User can park at the designated parking spot - Yellow Box
