Campaign Overview

Background

Setel is partnering with Aeon Malaysia to provide RM10 Setel Credit to all Setel users with Aeon Credit
Card. This campaign reward of RM10 Setel Cashback is fully funded by AEON. Setel will assist in providing communication support to AEON credit cardholders in Setel and fulfilment of the RM10 Setel cashback to eligible Setel customers.

Objective

To drive usage from AEON Credit Card users.

Campaign Mechanics

1. RM10 Setel credit offer to all Setel app users to top up a min. RM100 in a single transaction into their Setel wallet every Sunday with Aeon Credit Card within the campaign period.
2. Only the first 75 customers who top-up min RM100 in a single transaction with an Aeon Credit card every Sunday will get RM10 Setel credit.
3. Promo period : 1st May 2022, 0000hr (Malaysia time) to 14th Aug 2022, 2359hr

T&Cs

1. Top up must be made with AEON Credit Card. 
2. Eligible cardholders are required to top-up a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction via Setel on Sunday during the campaign period to enjoy the RM10 Setel Credit.
3. RM10 Setel credit is valid for TWO (2) times (capped at per cardholder per month).
4. The RM10 Setel credit will be credited to the first 75 users of the day to eligible cardholders who have fulfilled the spending criteria based on a first come first serve basis.
5. Eligible Cardholders are eligible to receive one (1) RM10 Setel Credit every Sunday during the Campaign Period.
6. Offer is not transferable, non-assignable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional
offers, discounts, vouchers or other privilege cards, unless otherwise stated. Free gifts are strictly non-exchangeable for other gifts, cash or credit under any circumstances.
7. The RM10 Setel credit will be credited to the eligible cardholder’s Setel account within 7 working days upon top-up.

4	How long is this promotion?	The promo period for ‘RM10 Setel Credit’ for AEON credit cardholders is from 1st May 2022 – 14th August 2022.
5	If I top up RM30 into my Setel Wallet with AEON credit card every Sunday within the campaign period, will I be eligible to receive the RM10 Setel Credit?	No, unfortunately you will not be eligible. A minimum top-up of RM100 must be performed in a single transaction with an AEON credit card every Sunday within the campaign period to get the RM10 Setel Credit. Limited to the first 75 users who transact within the day.
6	Do I need to have Setel App or an AEON credit card to enjoy RM10 Setel Credit?	Yes, to be eligible, a user needs to have both the Setel App and AEON Credit Card to receive the RM10 Setel Credit when they top up a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction.
7	I have top up a RM100 with my AEON credit card in a single transaction into my Setel Wallet on a Monday but it’s still within campaign period, am I eligible to receive the RM10 Setel Credit?	No, Setel users need to top up a min. RM100 in a single transaction into their Setel Wallet with an AEON credit card every Sunday during the campaign period to receive the RM10 Setel Credit
8	I used my AEON debit card to top up RM100 on a Sunday during the campaign period, am I eligible to receive the RM10 Setel Credit?
