The Welcome Box is priced at RM10 ONLY (normal price: RM160) when purchased with items from “PETRONAS Shops Highlight” worth RM100 and above.
How can I purchase the Welcome Box at RM10?	Customers may purchase the Welcome Box by: 1. Browsing through the “PETRONAS Shop Highlights” catalog 2. Add items from the catalog to cart (worth RM100 and above) 3. Add PETRONAS Shop Welcome Box to the cart on the checkout page 4. Check out and pay
What's included in the Welcome Box?	The Welcome Box includes 4 items:   1. 1x PETROSAINS Discoverer's League Adult Membership (Retail Price: RM65) 2. 1x PETRONAS Camo Pocket T-Shirt (valued at RM49.90) 3. 1x PETRONAS Lubricants All-inclusive Car Service Package rebate voucher (valued at up to RM44) 4. 1x Twin Tower Gift Shop Recycle Paper Pencil Set of 3** (valued at RM4)
How many Welcome Boxes are available?	There are 100 Welcome Boxes available for purchase on a first-come, first serve   basis and is only available while stocks last.
Can I purchase more than one Welcome Box at a time?	No, you are limited to one Welcome Box per checkout.
I have selected items on PETRONAS Shop, how come I can’t select the Welcome Box?	You may not be able to select/purchase the Welcome Box due to: 1. You did not select items from the “PETRONAS Shop Highlight” catalog. Only items selected from the “PETRONAS Shop Highlight” is accepted. 2. The items selected from the “PETRONAS Shop Highlight” catalog collectively is not worth RM100 and above. All items selected must be cumulatively worth RM100 and above for the Welcome Box to be purchased. 3. The Welcome Box has sold out. Only 100 Welcome Boxes are available when purchased with items from the “PETRONAS Shop Highlight” worth RM100 and above, hence while stocks last.
Once I have selected items from the ‘PETRONAS Shop Highlights”, where do I select the Welcome Box?	The Welcome Box can be added to the checkout page prior to payment. The Welcome Box will only appear at the checkout page if the customer has fulfilled the requirement of selecting items from the “PETRONAS Shop Highlights” worth RM100 and above.
Should each item from “PETRONAS Shop Highlights” be worth RM100 and above for me to be eligible to purchase the Welcome Box?	No, you may select items less than RM100, however, the total price of all items selected must be worth RM100 and above to purchase the Welcome Box at RM10.
How much is the original value of the Welcome Box?	The Welcome Box is originally priced at RM160, however, when purchased with items from “PETRONAS Shop Highlights” worth RM100 and above, it can be bought at RM10.
Does the Welcome Box come in multiple sizes?	The Welcome Box comes in 1 standard size however the t-shirts come in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL sizes which you can select during checkout.
How do I browse/select items from “PETRONAS Shop Highlights” on the website?	You may visit PETRONAS Shop | Setel and click on “PETRONAS Shop Highlights” > More at the bottom of the page to browse items.
