Situation
- The customer didn't receive the monthly statement for the previous month in their email (eg: the June report will be sent to the email on 1st July)
- The customer requested for past transaction statement for a personal record
Action needed
Upon request/report by the customer, no approval is needed
Ops Portal
1. Go to the customer's Ops Portal > Financial

2. Click Customer Statement in the Fuel Budget

3. Set the Start and End Date > Sent

4. The statement will be sent to the email used with the customer's Setel account
