One-tap Fuelling – Chatbot test

Objective

During phase 1, 1000 Setel users are selected to access this feature firsthand before it will be released to the public.

Background

Setel users can now skip the 5 taps refueling process down to ONE tap only.

With this improved refueling feature, user can pre-set their preferred fuelling

amount in RM, enter the passcode and accept safety guidelines beforehand.

One-Tap Fuelling release - the first phase

1. Targeted Release: to target 1000 users >> Soyacincau & PaulTan, high fuelers (3x refuel monthly for the last 6 months, early adaptors (since 2019), top referrals, and key leaders. List here

2. Press release from Setel, media review from Soyacincau, Paultan, Vernonchan, and other 21 media publications.

3. Grant exclusive badge to the 1000 users.

4. These 1000 users will receive app inbox messages and EDM upon badge granted.

One-Tap Fuelling (First phase)

1. The selected user will be granted an unlocked badge without any criteria/ requirements.

2. The selected user will receive an app inbox message (announcement) of the new feature is now available on their Setel App.

3. User has to update to the latest app version to access this feature.

4. Users can only purchase based on fuel amount.

5. Users can only select Setel Wallet or Smartpay as their payment method.
