Regarding your issue, we would like for you to try to troubleshoot your Setel app by following these steps:
1. Log out
2. Close the app and kill it from background app
3. Close the GPS
4. Clear Setel app cache
Phone Settings --> Apps --> Setel --> Force close --> Storage --> Clear Cache
5. Activate the GPS
6. Relaunch Setel
7. Log in
After you have logged in, please click on re-center icon located at the bottom right corner of the map to trigger your Setel app to detect and show your location on the map.
