Merchant users will be able to view the on-street parking session details

Starting from release 1.101.0, merchant users will be able to use a new feature under the On-street parking dashboard portal, merchant users will be able to view the parking session details of the customers.
The purpose of introducing these features is based on the request from the parking merchant to have a portal to monitor, view, and download all the parking sessions with Setel on-street parking and also to download the settlement details. In this release, we provide the dashboard portal for our parking merchant, Vista Summerose Sdn. Bhd.
2.1 Accessing the feature - On-street parking: Sessions
Merchant users can view and download the created parking session under the on-street parking. On the sessions page, merchant users can view the customer’s plate number, current parking status, parking location name, the amount paid, and the created date and time for a parking session.
Merchant users will be able to filter their search by using the search bar (search by vehicle plate number), and filter by payment method, council name, parking status and created date.
Merchant users also will be able to view the created session details by click on any session on the listing page. On the session details page, merchant users will view the customer’s name, vehicle plate number, transaction ID, the amount paid, the parking status, the created date and time of the session, end date and time, parking duration, parking type, the zone number, parking location name and council name.

3. Release plan
The dates will be updated accordingly if there are any changes in the timeline.
The setel dashboard portal for on-street parking is targeted to be released on 1.101.0
