1. Summary

Off-street parking has launched automated parking payment at 3 new locations: Kompleks Dayabumi on 15 Jul 2022, Permata Sapura (Lot 91) on 19 Aug 2022 and KL Convention Centre on 13 Sep 2022.

2. Details

2.1 Before

The off-street parking team has launched Setel automated parking payment at Suria KLCC as the first LPR parking location on 02 Mar 2022 at the selected lanes, and the feature was enabled in all lanes in April 2022.

2.2 After

Setel automated parking payment is now available in all 4 locations. The users are able to pay their parking fee at Suria KLCC, Kompleks Dayabumi, Permata Sapura (Lot 91), and KL Convention Centre using Setel now. As for Kompleks Dayabumi, Permata Sapura (Lot 91) and KL Convention Centre, there is 15 minutes of grace period there. The users will not get charged if they have exited the parking location mentioned above within the grace period.

3. Release plan

The new locations are targeted to be launched on:

• Kompleks Dayabumi - 15 Jul 2022

• Permata Sapura (Lot 91) - 19 Aug 2022

• KL Convention Centre - 13 Sep 2022

The release has been rollout to 100% of Setel users.
