Reinstate account deletion request will be available on Admin Portal from Sprint 1.97 releasing on 3rd June 2022
2. Details 
After a customer request for account deletion in app, should they change their mind after having their issues solved by customer operations, there is an option for Setel Admin to reinstate their account.
This is only applicable to accounts that are YET to be soft deleted by tech ops.
Feature is accessible on Admin Portal > Accounts > Account details
3. Release plan 
Released for Sprint 1.97 on 3rd June 2022
In app account deletion will be switched back on following the schedule below:
1st June - 50%
2nd June - 100%
