ShopeePay as one of the Top up method will available in Setel on 1.104 onward. ShopeePay method is only for top up feature.

2.1. Top up with ShopeePay

Users can select ShopeePay as a top-up method to top up Setel Wallet.

App: Top-up with ShopeePay

2.2. Maintenance mode for ShopeePay top-up method

Once the maintenance mode is ON, the user cannot select and proceed further.Maintenance of feature flag for top-up with ShopeePay.

2.3. Top-up transactions in the portal

The top-up transaction can be searched and refunded in the admin portal.

3. Release plan

Top-up via ShopeePay will be released in 1.104.0.

ShopeePay already released the latest settlement report on 1 Sep 2022.

The app version 1.104.0 will rollout on the week of 29 August 2022.

Internal production testing will take place from 12 - 15 September 2022.

• To end-to-end testing and verify the latest settlement report from ShopeePay.

Top-up via ShopeePay is plan tentatively to be released to the public in phases, the week after internal production testing.

• Up to 50% - 19 September 2022

• Up to 100% - 20 September 2022

Awaiting the marketing team’s response on the comm for the release date.
