1. Summary 
Customers can now buy Setel top-up voucher in PETRONAS Shop and use the voucher for themselves or as a gift to family and friends. This feature is also aimed to sell large volume especially to corporate customers, where they can give to them companyโs employees.
Internally, this feature is also to optimise voucher creation and issuing processes. Marketing team no longer need to create voucher and inform customers with their top-up voucher codes.
2. Details 
2.1 Purchasing journey
The purchasing journey is as simple as purchasing other items on the PETRONAS Shop website. Customers view the product detail, choose their top-up value (RM50/RM100), select their quantity, and add to the cart. Then customers proceed to checkout and pay. Once customers successfully paid, theyโll instantly receive their top-up voucher code. Super easy.

If users purchased more than 3 vouchers, the voucher codes will be compacted into a CSV file and users can download it via the Download CSV button
The voucher CSV file has only a single column with the codes in multiple rows.
If users purchased multiple variations and all variations have more than 3 vouchers, each CSV is separated to download. Example if users purchased RM50 x 10 and RM100 x 10, the outcome is 2 different CSV files - 1 CSV with RM50 x 10 codes and another 1 CSV with RM100 x 10 codes.
2.2 Redemption journey
Once customers purchased on the PETRONAS Shop website, top-up voucher codes will be instantly generated and available to redeem right away. Customers can copy/paste the code or easily click the Use Now button beside the code. This will deep link into the Setel app, with their code pre-filled! Skipped the copy-paste! Click redeem and the amount is added to their Setel Wallet.

3. Release plan 
This feature is released on the date, 22 June 2022 and Setel top-up voucher is available on sale on the same day. 22 JUNE 2022
