1. Summary
Order creation (B2B) directy on PETRONAS Shop dashboard helps capturing external order from the website and fufilled by iStoreiSend. Serve as single source for online and order stocks, capturing the manual order in dashboard instead of ODiN system in order to minimize the OOS issue. Allow dashboard to have most updated stock sync and figure in dashboard.
1.1 Accessing this feature
In Setel Dashboard, navigate to e-Commerce → Orders → Create

The screens depicted below are not final and are expected to change.
2.1 Before
Currently, B2B team captures their manual orders via google sheets and the attachment has been sent separately via email. The attachment will be downloaded and stored in the folder classified by the month.
Once the google sheets have been reviewed, OPS team will create manual order on iSiS and share tracking no once the order has been shipped out. However, manual order from iSiS is the last resort if stocks are unavailable elsewhere.
The google sheets have been created based on the payment method, which relates to the manual order record and has been stored separately in pieces here and there. It will be a challenge when the team would like to view the master manual order list in one place.
2.2 After
When we have created a manual order feature in the dashboard, B2B team is able to create orders directly on the dashboard. Once key in all the details and submit the order, the order will trigger a notification to iSiS to prepare items to ship to the customer. Meanwhile, once the order has been submitted, an email will be sent to the customer to update the order that has been placed with the details. The shipping update will be then updated to the dashboard as well as per how it is reflected on ODiN system.
The dashboard enables tracking the latest update of both online and offline orders at the same place, B2B and OPS team enable tracking and checking the order from one single source.
2.2.1 Create Manual B2B Order
Merchants can easily view, edit and create manual orders. All details and changes made will be reflected as per what has been keyed in manually. The merchant would also need to upload the payment proof for each manual order as a record and for tracking purposes. Meanwhile, merchants can add the item available in Setel Catalogue. There are also features that allow the merchant to select multiple items to add items. The email confirmation will be triggered to the customer when the order has been created with the order details.
The overall flow helps in tracking and recording the manual order properly on one single source, consolidating all details in one place. Meanwhile, it helps in reducing the manual and minimizing human error as there’ll be automation in getting shipping info and sending updates to customers to inform them of the order status.
The merchant can now manage their manual order in the Dashboard:
Add, edit and update orders
Upload payment proof
Trigger email to the customer on the order confirmation
Track and check fulfillment status on the dashboard
2.2.2 Create Manual B2C Order
For B2C orders, it’s the same as B2B with a few additional fields:
Editable item pricing
Remark to indicate why creating the manual order such as replacement and etc
