As Setel Express main operation goal is about the high efficiency of process flow with the utilization of best cost to invest especially to support the internal team of operations on Utilization and maximize of resource , and capacity on drivers to expand the resource plan feature to cater fairness arrangement so that able to cover different type of payment scheme to utilize drivers.

Today - Enable resource optimisation Zones , routing

in Q1 2022, Delivery resource plans portal has been migrated out of execution from Tigersheet dependency, Operation admin users able to access to the resource plans portal for execution to optimize the route, enable zones to section resource’s routing.

Zones Feature

Step 1: Drawing the Zone

• Creating zone on web map

1. Access to web map > Select Zone at the left panel: https://route.logistika.com.my/zone

2. Select a hub.

1. Click on the

Create zone button → start to draw polygon and set name of polygon → click Add button

• Click Cancel button when user draw all needed zones to close the draw screen.

• If user wants to draw polygon again, click Reset button

• Shipping location allow user to view shipment address so user can compare to perimeter of polygon. If any shipment is unzone, user need to expand polygon to ensure that all polygon of all zones cover all shipment addresses.

Editing the Zone

1. Click on the three dots → choose Edit

1. Then, user able to drag and drop each point to change shape → Once confirmed, click on

Save button.

Deleting the Zone

1. Click on the three dots → choose Delete

1. Pop up confirmation for deleting → click

Confirm button

Step 2: Assigning Driver to Zone

1. Double click on zone which user want to assign driver to.

1. Click on

Search driver name box to choose driver(s). Click outside of the drop-down list to end this action.

1. If user wants to remove driver from zone, click on the

x icon (as per shown) to remove the driver.

Step 3: Optimization with zone feature

1. Click Optimize zone button as a trigger for Optimization with zone feature. On the other hand, if user clicks Optimize without zone button, the system will not refer to the zone feature and run optimization as usual.

1. After clicking either of them, user need to access

Resource planning under Shipment sheet in TigerSheet to view the result after optimization.

 Additional feature in web app: Showing total shipments per zone.

Migration from Tigersheet to Resource Plans portal

Enable user to edit receiver latitude, receiver longitude, priority of shipment, pre-assign vehicle type, job time, blackout time

• Bulk edit

Users can bulk edit some fields by clicking the checkbox of multiple shipments and then clicking on the Edit button

• Filter and Search

Enable user to filter by plan date, pre-assign vehicle type, workflow status and planned status.

Enable user to search by last mile hub, merchant code, shipment ID, receiver full address, assign LMD driver

• Assign LMD driver

User can assign LMD driver manually by selecting driver, run and inputting sequence.

What we’ve learned

Features	Before	After	Remarks
Zones	operation team having difficulty assigned drivers by zones as they allocated based on their own arrangement and will have multiple duplication and distance issues	operation able to draw out the coverage zones with lesser duplication and long distance issues resolved

Next - Feature : Fairness of driver arrangement

Due the the changes of different payment scheme happening in operations process, therefore need an enhancement aiming to meet fairness arrangement due to driver fixed package cost, average all driver have job, vehicle utilized equally
