Setel Express Partner App in SUNMI terminal
PUDO Agent in Setel Express Points is require to perform inbound scanning on the parcel upon consumer sender drop off their parcel. 2022 Q2: Send parcel with prepaid polymailer packs at Setel Express Points
This scanning feature is develop in the Setel Express Partner App. This app is publish and made available only in Sunmi App Store. The app will be installed in the same SUNMI terminal together with the deliver to me app.
Scan Parcel and View Shipment
To scan a parcel, PUDO Agent can navigate to the Scan button at the bottom screen. Then, PUDO Agent can perform single / bulk scanning on the QR code of the poly-mailer. On every scanning performed, there will be a scan status indication (listed as below) appearing on the page.

This gives an assurance to the PUDO Agent where the parcel is scan correctly and allows system changes the parcel’s workflow status from Created to Pickup request by Merchant. Parcel are then expected to pick up by the 3PL at the Setel Express Points.
PUDO agent can view on all the successful scanned shipments with workflow status: Pickup request by Merchant in the Default Home screen. They could keep track of which shipments that supposed to be handed over to 3PL. Upon 3PL comes, collect and scan the parcel, the workflow status of the shipment will be changed and the shipment data no longer available in the shipment view of the Partner app.

App Switching between Setel Express Partner App and Deliver2me
As Deliver2me app constantly needs to be the active app in SUMMI terminal in order to receive new orders, the Setel Express Partner App offers two methods on switching the app back to Deliver2me app after usage.
Method 1: Auto switching
If the Setel Express Partner app being set idle for 30 seconds, the SUNMI terminal will auto switch back to Deliver2Me home screen.
Method 2: Manual switching
Another method is where PUDO agent could utilize on the right panel in the app to perform the manual app switching to Deliver2me.

Current flow is based on the existing PUDO model that relies on Setel Express Delivery. We are targeting to introduce more workflow status and implements more logic in the scanning feature based on the upcoming PUDO new model. ON-HOLD

Release plan
The Setel Express Partner App had succesfully approved to published in SUNMI App Store on sprint 1.102.0 on . Roll out expected to completed on sprint 1.103 on but has been ON-HOLD due to there’s a dependency on Admin Portal where PUDO merchant creation needs to take place first and user permission need to be created and assigned to the user for Partner App. Merchant creation has been put ON-HOLD till further notice.
