WooCommerce is a free e-commerce plugin for WordPress. It lets you turn a basic website into a website with a shop. Merchants are able to access multiple features Plugin: WooCommerce that Setel Express plugin has to offer with WooCommerce.

Merchants are required to create or use their existing Setel Express admin credentials in order to log in to their Setel Express plugin on WooCommerce. In doing so, merchants can start creating shipments with Setel Express plugin on WooCommerce.

Upon installing the WooCommerce plugin, merchants will need to download the plugin from a given link > https://wordpress.org/plugins/setel-express-for-woocommerce/ or just by simply adding new plugin on WooCommerce dashboard by searching “Setel Express”.

Features

With many features to explore while using Setel Express plugin for WooCommerce, all shipments created on WooCommerce platform with Setel Express plugin will be reflected on Setel Express admin dashboard accordingly such as shipment status, cancelled shipments, and shipment edits.

Shipment Status

Merchants can monitor their shipment statuses on Setel Express plugin for WooCommerce once they have created their shipments. The following shipment statuses are as followed:

• Pending Pick up

• Pending Drop off

• Created

• In Transit

• Out for delivery

• Completed

• Cancelled

Editing Shipments

Merchants will have an option to edit their shipments once it has been created (provided that the shipment status is not In Transit > Out for Delivery > Completed > Cancelled

The following features that allow merchants to edit:

Cancelling Shipments

Merchants are only able to cancel shipments on Setel Express plugin when shipment status are Pending Pick up ,Created or Pending Drop off

Next

We are aiming to grow more merchants with using Setel Express plugin, in doing so, we will:

• Market and shoutout our new Plugin to existing and new merchants

• Interview existing and upcoming merchants while working closely with Merchant team

• Study and analyse feedback with designers and engineers

• Amend and revise feedback from merchants accordingly

• Work on plugin enhancements

Working on the enhancements would further drive more merchants to use Setel Express services and allow us to listen and work on consumer/merchant pain points to ensure that they have the best user journey while using Setel Express plugin.
