2022 Q2: Statement of Account for merchants

The Statement of account (SOA) is an official document that reflects all transactions, refunds, and adjustments that took place within a month. It is in a form of a PDF and it is available for all Setel’s dealers and merchants. It is generated by the system followed by the official company letterhead within the statement for the dealers and merchants to keep or use for taxation purposes.

Feature is accessible via Setel Dashboard > PAYMENTS > Reports > Statement of Account

Users either filter by the month to get the statement or select a statement on the listing to proceed with the download.

Note:

1. The monthly SOA is generated on the 1st day of next month.

   1. For example, April SOA will generate and able to download on the 1st of May.

2. The user is able to select the filtering option on Month to download a particular month's SOA.

   1. The month filter options will only be available until the previous month.

3. Only 1 SOA can be downloaded at a time.

4. Due to the large file size, the download time will roughly need at least 15 min.

Release plan for SOA

• 18 Apr 2022 - Demo session with Ops team.

  • Any new request enhancement will be planned in the future.

  • If there is any critical issue, it’ll be resolved in the following sprint

• UAT production testing will start on the 1st week of Jun 2022.

  • Payment team will be testing by pulling the data and validating the total amounts in the statements.

*The dates will be updated accordingly if there are any changes in the timeline

Note:
Once live to production, starting 1st of Jun 2022 only able to download the May of SOA.
