1. Summary

Maintenance mode for all top up payment methods from app version 1.100.0

When the happen outage on the top up payment methods, maintenance mode in the Setel App will be disable user to proceed with further top up action.

2.1 Maintenance mode for top up with card and bank.

The feature is accessible via Admin portal > Maintenance > Outage handling > Maintenance override: Features

2.2 Maintenance mode for top up bank with a specific bank. (Existing)

The feature is accessible via Admin portal > Maintenance > Outage handling > Maintenance override: Ipay88 Banks.

2.3 Maintenance mode for external top up

Feature is accessible via Admin portal > Variables > search and select the variable as below

External top up variables maintenance as below

• app_maintenance_wallet_topup_boost Maintenance of feature flag for top-up with Boost.

• app_maintenance_wallet_topup_grabpay Maintenance of feature flag for top-up with GrabPay.

• app_maintenance_wallet_topup_shopeepay Maintenance of feature flag for top-up with ShopeePay. - coming soon as shoppepay is not live yet

3. Release Plan

This features will release on the weeks of 21 Jun 2022, but it exclude the ShopeePay maintenance as top up via ShopeePay is not yet ready for public use.
