  • Blacklisted users that hit automated suspension rules on 01 Oct 2022 will not receive inbox message to perform eKYC

• Payment Method exclusion in automated suspension will take effect on 01 Dec 2022

Blacklisted users removed from auto-uplift

• users that are blacklisted prior to hitting automated suspension rules, will not receive inbox message to prompt them to complete eKYC

• should these users complete eKYC on their own volition, their blocked status will not receive auto-uplift.

• Exclusion list is controlled via a variable and can be amended should requirement change in the future.
