1. Summary

eKYC update Document Type is available from Sprint 1.107 11 Oct 2022 onwards

Admin user can now edit the Document Type of eKYC-ed users on Admin Portal.

Feature is only available to Admin users with access to Compliance Controls on Admin Portal.

2. Details

Access point:

Admin Portal > Compliance Controls > Verifications > Select any user > General > Edit > Document Type dropdown selection

Once new document type is selected, it will be applied immediately with event tracking via compliance_control_verification_customer_details_updated
