Highlights	Standalone feature that allows road tax renewals within the Setel app

1. Summary

Road tax is a new and standalone feature that allows road tax renewals within the Setel app. We setel for them all the way from order creation to doorstep delivery with My Roadtax Store as our partner. In the MVP, we will only be releasing a standalone road tax renewal and will follow up with road tax renewal with motor insurance journey accordingly.

2. Details

2.1 Renew road tax with Setel (MVP)

1. Once users open the Setel app Homepage, they can see a new icon of Road tax in the feature tiles.
Users can click on that icon to access the road tax screen.

2. Fill in Vehicle plate number, Owner’s identification and Owner’s full name and click Renew road tax button to proceed to the next step.
*User can click to Renewal criteria section to see if they’ve met all the requirements or click FAQ to read more informations.
*My road tax section is to display created order under Setel.

3. Users are required to select vehicle type if there is no matching ISM and can click Continue to proceed to the next step.
*If a user’s vehicle type matches up with ISM, the system will only show the respective vehicle type by default and the user can click Continue to proceed.
*User can click chevron to view payment summary.

4. User can select recipient delivery address from the address book or click different address to add new recipient address before clicking Continue to proceed to the next step.
*User can edit saved address by clicking edit.
*User can click chevron to view payment summary.

5. User to review Owner’s detail, vehicle details, delivery details and Payment summary breakdown before proceeding to Checkout.
*User is able to edit owner’s detail and delivery details if there are any changes before proceeding to Checkout.

6. User will be redirected to Payment screen that shows the total amount that they need to Pay
*User can choose payment method either Setel Wallet or CardTerus before proceed to click Pay .
*User can click Cancel payment if they refuse to proceed to payment and the system will go back to previous screen.

7. Users need to enter their passcode to proceed with payment.

8. The payment will be considered successful if the correct passcode is entered.
*Users can go to View Receipt to view receipt or Return to Homepage

9. Users may view the full receipt.
Users may click on the Download PDF button or click on Resend email receipt button.

2.2 My Roadtax Store

We partnering with My Roadtax Store as our fulfilment partner. They are responsible to deliver your road tax and to process any refunds or request for any top-ups if necessary.

1. Within 1 day after user submit road tax application, user will receive an email tracking URL from our Partner, My Roadtax Store upon approval from JPJ. User can click the tracking link to view the progress of their parcel.
*Any issues from this point will be handled by our Partner, My Roadtax store ( eg: blacklisted,wrong information,etc)
*User able to view Shipped status in Homepage

2. User can view their parcels' updates from here. User should be able to receive their parcel within:
West Malaysia: 5 Working Days
East Malaysia: 5-7 Working Days (if road tax delivery address located in East Malaysia)
*Any issues from this point will be handled by our Partner, My Roadtax store ( eg: wrong road tax delivered,receiver not at home,etc)

2.2.1 Refund and top-up by My Roadtax Store

There is a slight possibility that our partner My Roadtax Store might call you to request for a minimal top-up payment or refunding your payment back as there could be a slight discrepancy between the initial payment purchase and the payment requested by JPJ.

This is solely because of the following:
1. Differences in vehicle categorisation offered by JPJ (saloon vs non-saloon)
2. Differences in road tax cost for engine capacity (CC) for your car make and model.

Our partner will also proceed with full refunds if there’s cancelled order due to blacklisted by the JPJ or outstanding summons.

2.3 Setel Admin portal

Admin user (either Customer Ops or internal user) will be able to monitor the road tax order from Setel Admin portal.
