1. Summary 
PRYSM website to rebrand into PETRONAS Shop, a one-stop shop where customers can shop beyond just PETRONAS merchandise, and into wide range of PETRONAS products such as engine oil, gas, education and so much more.
2. Details 
2.1. Before
In the eCommerce website, all the branding elements such as logo, site name and URL all using the PRYSM branding.
2.2. After
2.2.1 Branding elements
After the release date, all the branding will be replaced from PRYSM to the new brand, PETRONAS Shop.
2.2.2 New website URL
Another major rebranding change is replacing website URL from www.petronasmerchandise.com to www.setel.com/PETRONAS-Shop. All the old links will be redirected too.
Old URL: www.petronasmerchandise.com
New URL: www.setel.com/PETRONAS-Shop
2.2.3 New email address
Standardising across all branding communication, a new official email will be created and shared across all official usage such as customer support operation and account creations.
2.2.4 Connected services/processes
The new branding will also be reflected in existing connected services such as Setel app, Setel website, iPay88, Google Analytics, social media accounts, customer support and email newsletters.
