Introducting PETRONAS Lubricants products on PETRONAS Shop website. Customers now can buy PETRONAS engine oil, pay with Setel eWallet, get Mesra points and deliver directly to them.

2.1 Introducing PETRONAS Lubricants

There is no additional build to enable PETRONAS Lubricants items on the PETRONAS Shop website. It has the same feature and journey as all other items. It also can use all existing features like Setel One-click checkout, Setel Pay, and backcharge payment methods.

2.2 Delivery only to West Malaysia

At the current moment, PETRONAS Lubricants can only be delivered to West Malaysia addresses. Depending on the user’s address, the messages will inform users if the PETRONAS Lubricants items are deliverable to their selected address. Technically, this is done by detecting the address postcode.

2.3 Updating PETRONAS Shop icons - beyond merchandising

With the introduction of PETRONAS Lubricants in the PETRONAS Shop, the existing icon of a tee shirt needs to be redesigned, to cater to wider product categories. This icon has been updated inside the Setel app too.
