Send Parcel Mini App
Consumer sender can scan the Setel Express Pack using the mini app. There are a total of 3 entry points.
Upon tapping on the Send parcel it will lead them to an explainer page with a CTA to scan a Setel Express Pack
After scanning it will lead them to the Send Parcel Web App to fill in the shipment details similar to the MVP release. The existing address book feature will be available as all users using the Setel App are logged in
Push Notifications
Shipment created
Push notification will be sent to the device upon successful creating the shipment after tapping confirm on the summary screen. This gives an assurance to the sender that the shipment is created and allows them to edit the details
Drop off successful
Push notification will be sent to the device upon successful drop off after the Krew PETRONAS or hub operators scans the Setel Express Pack. This gives an assurance to the sender that the shipment is dropped off
Shipment delivered
Push notification will be sent to the device upon delivery is successful to the receiver. This gives assurance to the sender that the shipment is successfully delivered and allows them to share their experience by tapping a link
PUDO point discovery
Consumers can search for participating Setel Express Points and Setel Express Hubs in the Setel App. Users will need to tap on the search at the homepage and tap on parcel
