Today, limit passcode attempts is only applicable to Checkout as a key requirement for the launch of Motor Insurance.
Limit passcode attempts will be available to all services once passcode refactoring to api-pins is completed. This is to prevent brute force attacks by fraudulent users.
Error message: Incorrect passcode entered more than 3 times. Please try again after 3 minutes
Retry period are configurable backend via variables configuration.
