Summary
Introducing in-app review API which triggers prompt for users to rate Setel within the app. Rating will be auto updated to Play Store & App Store.
Objective: To increase Setel app rating in the App & Play Store by targeting users who submit high Net Promoter Score (NPS) on the fuel slider.
Feature enabled as of for NPS rating of 9 or higher
Details
1. Where does the rating prompt appear?
Upon successful fuelling, users are led to the fuel slider where they can submit rating to recommend Setel to their friends; with 10 (most likely) being the highest

Upon clicking submit, a one-off prompt will appear for users to
rate nowormaybe later-
If users select rate now: users can input rating from 1-5 (5 being the highest) to submit
Rating will automatically update to App/Play Store
If users select maybe later: prompt will not show again for the users next time

2. How is the rating prompt triggered?

5. Can Setel identify the rating submitted by users?
No. Ratings are not disclosed and are automatically updated on App or Play Store respectively.
