1. Summary

Pre-filling of ID number using eKYC data will be available to Setel App starting from version 1.xx

Users that completed eKYC successfully will have their idNumber pre-filled during Loyalty activation and linking journey.

2.1 Prompt loyalty card activation

User will be prompted to activate loyalty card upon completing eKYC successfully

2.2 Pre-fill data for activation & linking

Upon completing eKYC successfully, during the activation of virtual loyalty card and/or linking physical loyalty card journey:

• user will have their ID Number pre-filled

• unable to edit ID Number

2.2.1 Activate virtual loyalty card

The app version 1.xxx.0 percentage rollout is targeted on the week of xx September 2022.
