Summary
Deliver2Me customers and merchants will be able to cancel Deliver2Me order on certain eligible conditions.
With the introduction of this feature, it is expected there’s reduction in number of refund request & improvement on customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellation will cover cancellation from both Customer and Merchant side.

Eligible condition: When customer has placed order but not yet acknowledged by merchant (Status =
Created)

- Upon submit Deliver2Me order, the order display will show as
Order pending, this indicates that Merchant hasn’t acknowledged the order yet.
- Customer is allowed to cancel their order at this point before Merchant acknowledge the order. Cancelled order will not be charged.
- Notification on cancellation success is shown from Setel app and Push Notification. Customer can proceed to make another Deliver2Me order
