Third party points transfer

Transferring of points to :-

Card that is linked to Setel member	All cards that are linked to the same Setel member	Only allow transferring of points that is tied to the same Setel member Admin to perform transferring of points in admin portal BY (L2)
Card that is not linked to Setel member	Cards that are not linked to the same Setel member A) Customer request to transfer points from virtual to physical card which was not linked to their Setel account B) Customer request to transfer points to another virtual card that is not linked to his account	A; request customer to link the card into their Setel account or Setel CS help customer to link their physical to their Setel account FUTURE perform points transfer via admin portal (L2) B; x (cannot be done)	Note, cards under different credentials cannot be combined or NO points merging is allowed.  Under special circumstances such as deceased or fraud - may escalate to Mesralink with sufficient info .
