Parking Related Issue: Waive parking fines receive from council – Chatbot test

What should user need to do when they want to waive their fines.

They can write directly to the MBSA council and ask for cancellation. Same case if this issue is caused by the user's mistakes, they need to inform council themselves if they want to waive it.

Setel or LiTS vendor cannot do the cancellation or appeal on behalf of the users. Provide here is the contact info of
