1.Summary

As part of an ongoing journey to refine and improve the Concierge App, there are a few enhancements made in order to address the pain-points of the KPs as well as assisting Operations in reducing their turnaround time to resolve issues faced with Deliver2Me at respective stores.

2.1 What are the enhancements?

As such the enhancements made are as follows:

• Improve monitoring in Grafana Metrics on the Concierge App. Link here.

  • Which includes tracking important information such as:

    • Heartbeat check

    • Battery level status

    • Terminal CPU

    • Terminal RAM

    • Terminal remaining storage percentage

    • Device last active date time

    • Terminal OS version.

    • Device ID

    • Sound Level

    • Wifi connectivity

    • Instant monitoring for multiple stationIDs

• Implementing autosave for user credentials (login and password) when KP logs out from the app or app shuts down.

• Displaying copy on last active status of Deliver2Me when it’s set offline.

• Displaying store operating hours.

• Displaying Deliver2Me active status display.

• Displaying app switcher widget.

• Auto switch on/off Deliver2Me service when Terminal device is detected to be offline/online.
