If IC number provided has 1 or 2 digit difference than the registered IC (typo)
- If EKYC is “APPROVED” -> Setel L2 team to update the IC number by using an endpoint - If EKYC is “NOT FOUND”
We can advise customers to do EKYC first. Once EKYC is approved, customer can contact us back -> Setel L2 team will update the IC by using an endpoint |
