How do I get my Setel Credit?
Customers will receive their RM10 Setel Credit directly into their Setel account within 14 business days, after successfully selling a minimum of 5 kilograms of their used cooking oil via the Recycle used cooking oil feature on the Setel app. The Setel Credit is limited to the first 200 users during the campaign period.
How would I know if I have received the RM10 Setel Credit in my account?
You will receive a push notification and an inbox notification once your Setel Credit has been successfully credited into your Setel account. The process will take approximately 14 business days after you sell your used cooking oil.
Will the Setel Credit expire?
The Setel Credit will not expire and will be useable if you have an active Setel account.
Where can I use the earned Setel Credit?
Setel Credit can be used to purchase fuel, purchase items in Kedai Mesra, shop at online or physical merchants that accepts Setel Pay, pay for parking fees, EV charging, auto assistance, motor insurance, and the Deliver2Me feature.
Is there a limit to the number of times a user can receive the Setel Credit?
Each user that sells a minimum of 5 kilograms of used cooking oil via the Setel app is eligible for a one(1) time RM10 Setel Credit offer during the campaign period. The offer is limited to the first 200 users during the campaign period.
