Digital road tax
All users are able to choose digital road tax and will skip printing and delivery of their road tax and view their digital road tax in the MyJPJ app directly once JPJ approves the road tax application. As of now, all users are allowed to opt for digital except for the Company registration number.
Users can view your digital road tax on the MyJPJ app within 24 hours upon approval from JPJ.
However, in case of any technical glitches from the MyJPJ app, users can go to the successful payment page and tap on the View Receipt button to view the receipt.
Alternatively, you can also check your transaction history on the Setel app. You can refer to our how-to guide on how to check your payment history to check your recent transactions.
Do I need to pay any fees if I choose digital road tax?
You will still have to pay the handling and service fee to renew your road tax with Setel.
We charge RM14 for the digital road tax renewal.
- RM9 for the handling fee.
- RM5 for the service fee.
