Time to time JomCharge will post update on certain charging station availability based on their maintenance work.
When JC’s member posted, FTA & L2 need to note. This to ensure if there is question from customer service team, Setel’s customer and merchant then it can be quickly answered.
Step to confirm if availability reflected on Setel.
1. Below is how JomCharge team post in the #vendor-jomcharge-ops Slack channel.
2. Check Setel Admin portal. Ensure at the Charger list Vendor Status & STATUS show as MAINTENANCE


3. If not reflected please re-confirm with JC did they hide the charger or they just put remarks. Always ask for them to HIDE it instead of remarks. Else we need to edit the charger status and double check on Setel App.
