Third-party request for a deceased customer.
1)The user requested a Credit Balance/ Points Transfer from 3rd party account.
- Request both user’s account details and 3rd party account details such as full name, mobile number, and email address. (If the customer claim that there is no access with the 3rd parties account details then unable to proceed.)
- If the user manages to provide account details, please proceed with the verification question:
1)Birth certificate (requester/3rd party)
2)Copy of NRIC (requester/3rd party)
3)Death Certificate of Card Holder (3rd party)
(Note :If the user is not able to provide the documents then unable to proceed with the request )
- If the user has provided all documents, proceed to escalate to L2.
Approval needed for:
1)Credits transfer(wallet balance)
2) Balance points transfer
Non-approval is for general inquiry:
Users call in to check on 3rd party’s account details, balance amount, email address, last fuel purchase and etc
