eKYC 2.0

New and improved version of eKYC will be available to all users. Here are the key features:

• manual ID capture button

• instant image feedback

• quicker/better image capture ability in general

Important **

1. Can I perform eKYC again to experience this new eKYC version?
   No. If a user has already performed eKYC successfully (status = approved), they are unable to perform eKYC again.

2. I’m already on App version 1.122 but I’m unable to access eKYC?
   If the user is already on App version 1.122 during the progressive release timeline, please advise users to be patient as by 17th May both App version 1.122 and eKYC 2.0 will be available to all users.

3. I’m on App version 1.121 and want to try eKYC 2.0?
   Please advise user to upgrade to App version 1.122 to try eKYC 2.0.
