What Operating System (OS) version is needed to use the Setel app?

Setel app supports the following device/OS versions.

1. iOS version 11 and above.
2. Android OS version 5 and above.
3. Huawei Harmony OS version 3 and above.

Do note that the app must be updated to the latest version to enjoy the services provided by Setel.

For our sister app Setel Lite, Android versions 4.4 and above are supported.

However, according to the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines, Android versions lower than version 10 will be restricted with some limitations.
