As a fraud control measure, certain users that engage in fraudulent activities will be going through a Top-up 3DS flow where they have to verify their identity again:

CVV page: Re-enter the userโs CVV

OTP page: Enter the OTP number to verify with the bank

Differentiate the feature on the Admin portal
a) Users that went through top-up 3DS
Admin portal > Top-up > Top-up details > Flags > isTopUpWith3DS = true
b) Users that didnโt go through top-up 3DS
Admin portal > Top-up > Top-up details > Flags > isTopUpWith3DS = false
