1. Summary
The petrol credit card is a brand new feature to offer users more use cases to increase Setel’s value proposition and hard-to-copy solution. This feature is backed by iMoney as the financial service aggregator. In this release, we will be offering all the services, namely:

Credit card browsing
-
Credit card application submission
These services will be available nationwide on 23rd June 2023 at 3.30pm
2. Details
2.1. Apply a credit card with Setel
-
Once users open the Setel app Homepage, they can see a new icon for
Petrol credit cardsin the feature tiles. Users can click on that icon to access the Petrol credit card screen.
2. In this screen, Setel User will be seeing How It Works, Language selection, Filter and Listing.
In How It Works, Setel User can read the step-by-step process to apply for the card.
In Language selection, Setel Users can view and select their desired language.
In Filter, Setel Users can choose filter options to search for the preferred credit card that they want to apply.
In Listing, Setel Users can see a list of the credit cards that are supported by Setel, with the following information:

Card image

Card name
-
Gifts (if any)
-
Cashback rate
-
Annual fee
-
Min. monthly income
To continue, the User can click on the card to go to the detail screen
3. In How It Works, Setel User can read the step-by-step process to apply for the card.
4. In this screen, Setel User will be seeing all the detailed information of a credit card and a call to action (CTA) button.
In Card information, Setel User can see all the card information.
For CTA, when Setel User enters the page, Mini App will check for the user’s eKYC status. Users must be e-KYCed before they can apply for a credit card.
5. Scenario 1: If the user has not passed eKYC: The app will show Upgrade to Apply button, allowing Setel User to go through eKYC process.
6. Scenario 2: The user has gone through eKYC, and comes to the detail page again. In this case, the CTA button title is changed to Apply and is greyed out. Users have to wait for eKYC process to be completed successfully to continue the application journey
7. Scenario 3: If the user has passed e-KYC: The app will show Apply button, allowing Setel User to apply for this credit card.
8. Scenario 3 (cont.): When a user clicks Apply button, there will be a confirm dialog with User information, allowing the User to confirm their name and NRIC before continuing with the Application form.
9. In this screen, Setel User will be seeing Credit card info, the Application Form, and Submit button.
In the Credit card info header section, Setel User can see the:

Card name

For Form, the following information is auto-populated based on the information collected from e-KYC:

Identification number
Setel User is required to fill in or select from the drop-down list the below mandatory information in order to submit the Application:

Phone number

Email address
-
State/Province
-
Employment type
-
Monthly income
-
Do you currently have any bank loans?

Do you currently own a credit card?

If the User selects Yes, show the next question:
Do you wish to transfer the balance from your old card to a new one?

Under the acknowledgment section, both checklists are mandatory to be checked in order for the User to click Submit. Users can click on Submit button to submit their application.

If Setel User clicks on Back to homepage, they will be redirected to the listing page.
Upon successful submission by User in the Setel App, iMoney will contact the Setel User to verify the customer’s submitted information before submitting it to the respective Banks for review and approval. The result of the Application will be notified to both Setel and the User by iMoney.
In Contact Support, Setel Users can view and click to call iMoney support phone number if has any concerns about the Application
