1. Am I allowed to place an order with 2 merchants simultaneously?
No. The current MVP build only supports 1 merchant per order. That order must be completed first before placing the next order. Setel will look into the suggestion in the future with Kopetro.

2. Can I use another email domain to place the order?
No. You must use only PETRONAS/KLCC email domain to place the order. Any use of other email domains is strictly prohibited.

3. I realized I have made a mistake after I have placed the order. Can I cancel or amend the order?
No. You are not allowed to cancel or amend the order at this point. Kindly review the order before placing it. However, you may contact Kopetro to request the merchant to cancel the order. Please provide the order ID.

4. I realized I entered the wrong floor/unit. What should I do?

5. received a cancellation notification via email but I don’t know which item is not available. What should I do?
Kindly contact Kopetro to find out about the out-of-stock item. Kopetro would amend the item availability and you are required to resubmit a new order.
