2.1 How to self-sign up?
Potential Fleet manager of a company may open their Setel App and find Fuel for fleets or companies tile in the home screen.

| Step 1: Tap on fuel for fleet or companies in Setel App | Step 2: Input Company/Individual legal name and Company registration number, then tap on apply now |

Step 3: Fill up company information and Fleet manager details to be used to log in Cardless |
Step 4: Review all information and tap on submit. |

2.1.2 Activate SmartPay account via Airtable
After completing the self-sign up in Setel App, Fleet managers will receive an email with instructions to activate their Cardless SmartPay account

2.2 Can Fleet manager access their SmartPay account after Self sign up?
Fleet managers can log into PETRONAS dashboard portal to access their SmartPay account with the email and password configured to explore the features that Cardless SmartPay offers after completing self sign-up in Setel App.
Fleet managers may start to perform top-ups, creating and linking virtual cards to Fleet Driver and setting card restrictions for the Fleet drivers. However, if the SmartPay account is not activated yet, the account will not be able to make any purchases.
2.3 How to know if my SmartPay account is activated?
Fleet managers will receive an email notifying them that their SmartPay account has been activated
The activation instruction banner in PETRONAS dashboard portal will be removed.
Smartpay payment method in Fleet driver’s Setel App will be enabled and Fleet drivers may start to purchase fuel with Cardless SmartPay once SmartPay account is activated.

2.4 How can I register for Cardless SmartPay?
Interested customers can download Setel App and click on Fuel for fleets or companies tile in homepage to register.
2.5 Is my company eligible to sign up for Cardless SmartPay?
As long as your company have successfully incorporated with the Companies Commission of Malaysia – Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and have a business registration number.
2.6 What documents do I need to register for a Cardless SmartPay account?
You will need to provide us with the following:

2.7 How many days would it take to activate my Cardless SmartPay account?
The activation process will take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email once your account is activated.
2.8 What should I do if I do not receive any email/responses from Setel?
Our customer support typically replies within 3 business days. If you do not receive any response, you can contact us via live chat on the Setel app or our website.
2.9 What if my Cardless SmartPay application is rejected?
Our customer support will assist you if the application was rejected due to incomplete/insufficient documents.
2.10 Does Cardless SmartPay have a postpaid model?
Unfortunately, Cardless SmartPay only offers the prepaid model for now. We are working to include the postpaid model in the future.
2.11 My account is frozen/dormant, what should I do?
