What is the campaign period?

The campaign runs from 15 July 2023 to 16 September 2023.

Who can participate in the campaign?

This campaign is open to all customers who fulfil all the requirements below:

Registered and active PETRONAS Mesra loyalty programme members who either have a physical Mesra card or virtual Mesra card on the Setel app or use a registered mobile number that is linked to a Mesra account.
Customers holding Malaysian citizenship.
Customers aged eighteen (18) and above.

Can PETRONAS staff or participating partners take part in this campaign?

No, all PETRONAS Group of companies, its subsidiaries, agency/organization, and participating partners who are involved in organizing this campaign will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.

How do I participate in the campaign?

There are a few ways to participate in the campaign:

Spend a minimum of RM50 per transaction at any PETRONAS station on any of the following products to get one (1) entry:
- PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race;
- II. PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive;
- III. PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel;
- IV. PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 with Pro-Drive;
Spend a minimum of RM10 per transaction at any PETRONAS Mesra store in any PETRONAS station to get one (1) entry, except for cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, and ePay.
Spend a minimum of RM10 on Setel in a single transaction to get one (1) entry across all of Setel's features, such as:
- Café Mesra
- Retail & online payments, e.g.: Scan & pay at the counter, DuitNow QR, Deliver2Me (except for cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, and ePay), PETRONAS Shop
- Motor & Takaful Insurance
- Road Tax Renewal
- EV Charging
- Auto Assistance
- Parking

What are the prizes for this campaign?

Grand Prize

10 winners will each get a one-year fuel voucher worth RM3,000.00. Winners will be selected from users who have a cumulative spending of at least RM600 throughout the campaign period. The winners will be announced after the campaign ends.

Monthly Prizes

Setel voucher worth RM100 x 200 Winners (100 winners per month)
PETRONAS Syntium 3000 E 0W20 x 10 Winners (5 winners per month)
PETRONAS Sprinta F900 10W50 x 10 Winners (5 winners per month)
AutoExpert Service Package worth RM250 x 4 winners (2 winners per month)

What if I forget to activate my Mesra membership via the Setel app?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in this campaign.

To participate in this campaign and enjoy the benefits, please activate your Mesra membership through the Setel app or at www.setel.com. This will allow us to capture your participation and ensure that you are eligible to take part in the campaign.

How can I collect my campaign entry(s) with Café Mesra purchase?

In order for the purchases to be eligible for the campaign, participants must use Setel as the payment when making any purchase at Café Mesra. Additionally, they must ensure that their Mesra membership has been activated.

Can I still be eligible for the contest if I purchase LPG Gas or Lubricant at PETRONAS station?

Yes, customers are eligible to participate in the contest by purchasing LPG Gas or PETRONAS lubricant at PETRONAS stations.

What is the duration for me to be eligible for the Grand prizes?

For the Grand prize category (One Year of Free Fuel), Mesra members will need to spend from 15 July 2023 to 16 September 2023 (2 months).

What is the duration for each month for me to be eligible for the monthly prizes?

M1	15 July 2023 – 15 August 2023
M2	16 August 2023 – 16 September 2023

Can I use the CardTerus feature in the Setel app to collect the campaign entry(s)?

Yes, to collect campaign entries, you can utilize the CardTerus feature available in the Setel app. However, make sure that your Mesra membership has been activated.

How will I be informed that I am the winner of this campaign?

Shortlisted winners will receive a call from PETRONAS Mesralink to verify their details and answer simple questions before declaring them as winners.

Can Smartpay physical card or digital customers take part in this campaign?

No, as stated in the terms and conditions of this campaign.

If I am chosen as a monthly prize winner, can I also qualify to be a grand prize winner?

No, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.

Can I combine my fuel purchase with PETRONAS Kedai Mesra items in a single receipt?

Yes, you can combine your fuel and PETRONAS Kedai Mesra purchases in a single receipt. However, you will need to meet the minimum spending criteria to earn campaign entry(s).

What should I do if the PETRONAS station is no longer issuing physical Mesra cards or if my card is no longer usable/lost?

There are two (2) alternative ways for you to participate in the campaign and become eligible even without using a physical Mesra card:

Create a virtual Mesra membership through the Setel app and activate the membership by completing the registration process.
During checkout, you can use the mobile number feature for collecting Mesra points and register your mobile number on the Setel website or through the Setel app.
