How do I turn off Mesra points redemption on my digital card?

Unfortunately, you cannot disable the redemption of Mesra points on the digital card.

This feature is designed to prevent unauthorised redemption with the physical Mesra card by locking the card through the Setel app (usually when the card is stolen/lost).

As a digital Mesra card customer, the redemption of your Mesra points can only be performed when you're logged into your account on the app or at www.setel.com/mesrarewards.
